Hi Danny. Ordered 5' to see how it works. Looked at the 81/2" x 11" shipping labels and price of $38 for 50 sheets up here in B.C. put me off. Curious to see how long it takes to get here. Ordered blades better part of a month ago and still not here... Christmas probably slowed things down considerably. Cheers, Barry.

I would like to know how it works out, though at 8.5 inches wide thats pretty big strip, and being double side sticky is nice but having to make sure the tape is same size as pattern, but it is interesting, as I find when I double over the painters tape and then cut it likes to so to say ball up and doesn't blow off has to be wiped away till I get back to a thin spot, if that makes sense.

Newfie I use the 8.5X11 Adhesive sheets.  I have cut Many, many patterns lately.
I just peel off the backer paper and stick it on the wood blank.  No Painters tape.
For sure No Packing tape.  And for Soft woods I always use the FD-UR#1 blade.
They cut NEAR PERFECTLY FOR ME even up to 3/4 inch.  I have cut mostly lately
projects using BB 1/4" stacked 2 up.  Piece of Cake....  Danny  :+}

Has anyone used this stuff?

http://www.amazon.com/100-Universal-Labels%C2%AE-Heavyweight-Vertically/dp/B005ZXCWFI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1388777942&sr=8-2&keywords=label+paper+full+sheet

13 cents per sheet - seems pretty cheap. I've been unhappy with the spray glue lately - maybe the shop is too cold, but it keeps coming up, even with packing tape on top.

I bought a roll from winfield and I love it. It saves time.  I made all of my Christmas ornaments using it.

Danny - I need a little help here.  I check out www.thewinfieldcollection.com for that adv. backer paper [Scrollsaw Tape] & was routed to other sites. Didn't seem to be a company to order from.  P.S., of course the house has eaten my copy #52 to assist me. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE TO GO.   :)  [Not all at once now]  Brian
