Can Anyone Make a Pattern For Me ??

Hi All,
Can someone please make a Cross pattern with Pope Francis on it?  For husband & wife friends that just returned from the Vatican.  Here is a Sue Mey pattern example to give you an idea of what I wish I had.

jerry1939 again.  Need to admit that I cannot think & chew gum at the same time.

I had already purchased and cut a Sue Mey Cross like the example I posted.  I really would only wish for a pattern of Pope Francis. 
Could overlay the new pattern onto the cross pattern I already have.
