sailing picture

|I don't know if it will be possible, but I would like to make a picture from this for my Dad and stepmum, who were very keen sailing enthusiasts, but are now housebound. they were particularly keen on the west coast of Scotland, and I feel this picture sums it up. I would like to do something using bevel inlay or segmentation/intarsia techniques, hope someone can help

Hi there gilljc, Here's my attempt at a pattern for you. I added the lines to the boat but your choice if you want to cut them or not. I also added a few sea birds.

That looks like a really pattern Travis - I snagged a copy.   I like the addition of the lines and birds, well done.
