Pattern help

Hi all, I wonder if someone can make pattern from this photo. I want to do it for their mother who Cares for them 24/7. From the picture you can see they are quite happy, even thou they have CF and spent a lot of time in and out of hospital.

My daughter had taken both framed patterns, I managed to get one from her mobile. The other I will post when she sends the photo.

Thanks again. Oh this is the first time I've cut anything out on plywood so be gentle.
