5mm MDF stack cut. Thank you to EIEIO once again for the pattern. Hopefully that's the Star Trek fans around here sorted out at last.

very nice cutting , they look great. what will you finish them with ?? as I have never managed to get a good finish on mdf

I hadn't given any thought to finishing them. I better give them with a warning that they might drop to bits in a few months.  ;D
To be honest, I lose interest as soon as the pattern is cut, especially portraits, I just like using the saw. Out of all the ones I have cut, every single one is as it was when the last cut was made, I've never even got around to sticking backing on. Terrible, I know, and I certainly would never be able to make a living at it.  ::)

Nice job.  Might consider just a shot of spray paint if you want and down and dirty quick finishing.

I thought about that, but I only have blue and glow in the dark orange. :)
