Exercise should be more like Trick-or-Treating:  Walk 20 feet, get a piece of candy, walk 30 feet, get another piece of candy, walk 15 feet, get a piece of candy............

Sounds like my sort of exersize - I can't get much further than that before I have to stop anyway lol so that would be an enegry burst to help me get going again (just don't tell my diabetic nurse!!!!! lol)

I have had enough excerise this week to last me a life time.  Been cleaning out my daughters house while she was at work. She sold it recently.  Now I know where all my muscles are.

That is why we drop the kids off in another town and let them work their way home. Just kidding, we drive they around like everyone else. ;D

Two Grandsons give us plenty of excersise. One at 4years,coming on 5 and one at 2 years. Great fun. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D.
