I saw an ornament like this years ago and always wondered how to make one.  Now that I've "mastered" Illustrator, I gave it a shot.

I cut a few of these ornaments to give to friends and thought I'd post a finished picture.

I think I need to work on the fish and the splash at the bottom.  I had to tell everyone where the fish was and what the water splashes were.  But they all insisted it was great and didn't need to be changed.  Just shows how good of friends they are.

The daughter of one of my most repeat customers is an avid fly fisher-woman. I can't wait to cut this for her!!

I cut several for a show I had last week end I left out the splash and fish and sold all of them.  So thank you.

Junk is something you've kept for years and throw away three weeks before you need it.
