I think it's a nice idea for a ornament exchange somewhere in the year, but I do hope that we still keep doing the exchange with Christmas again next year.

I can understand Russ's situation and hope all he is doing works out Good for him.

I also have ALWAYS ENJOYED sending Ornaments to different FRIENDS each Christmas
and will MISS it for this year, but this won't stop me from sending to Special Friends.

I would say Since December seems to be out I would Happily participate in the New Year
sometime.  Danny  :+}

We could do Christmas in July.  Some of the shops and hotels decorate and the hotels have Christmas lunch menus in July here.  Do they do it in your parts of the world???????????

In the US we are pretty much July 4th in mid-summer, but I can see how a July Christmas would work down under.

Sounds good to me Marg.  I'll send you a pm with my address.  Dec 1st as mailing date sound good to you or maybe a bit earlier not sure of time needed for Australia, I think it's 10 days or a bit less.

Sorry guys, usually I get twenty plus e-mails asking about it starting around the first of September. This year nothing. I was so busy remodeling that is actually slipped my mind. My fear is there being enough time for the people outside the U.S.A. having enough time to send and receive theirs.

I don't have a problem if we have more than the Christmas Exchange each year and I know Steve doesn't either. If I don't have the time I can ask for volunteers to help. It's not hard just time consuming.

So Marg, Marcellarius and some of the others outside the U.S.A. do you think there will be enough time if we begin now?
