Looks swell, but I'm surprised you can cut them with UR 3 and 5 blades. Are they thicker than I'm thinking? They look like 3/4" lumber - are they maybe 1.5" thick?

Most of my puzzle's are cut from 3/4, that way they can stand up after they are put together.
