I had an uncle that drowned in a vat like that at the brewery he worked at.

Funny thing was he got out three times to go to the washroom before he drowned.  ;D

Boy did I told that story to a lot of people/customers  when I was working as an service engineer.
told it so sadly with almost a tear in my eye, until the moment they said sorry, then I told them of the toilet visits.
