Not real sure how it would be cut, but it's cool looking.

Congratulations! I have made an attempt several times but just cannot get a pattern to come together. Now, let's see some more!

Well the foot would be cut out, heart stays, wings stay, would have some lines to cut in to add detail, but not fully cut out sp basically the black is the cut out and cut lines, I still got some work to do on it, I saw some things that needs changed, But its a start got another am working on once I get it will post it.

Well did some changes to it, cleaned it up some more, took the wings on the inside removed those lines so the wings line comes into the heart then stops, no connected like it is now, put more of a point on the left wing tip.
