« on: August 18, 2013, 12:32:45 am »
My latest work from Toymaking Plans.
Took a couple weeks cause the wife ended up in hospital.
But she's ok now her heart stopped 8 times in as many hours, damn that was scary.
Any way let me no what you all think of the ship.

Sorry Merlin I can't seem to get the Pirate Ship up for some reason.  I can imagine that it was very scary but thankfully she is well now. Regards to both of you.

Best of luck with the wife.  The ship looks very nice indeed.  Looks like it takes quite a bit of wood to build.

Can not believe detail in the ship. That's some mighty fine cuttin'. Will add you and the wife to our Prayer list. God Bless.

Thanks for the nice comments guys/gals, I did have fun building it and not suer about the amount if wood but was a lot.
I wood build it a little differently if I did do another one.

Julie the ship is very strong but the sails wood be the weakest point, but they are removable.

It took a lot of tries but I finally got to see the photos. Great boat, but that middle cannon at the starboard side is going to make a mess of the deck, it's pointing the wrong way. ;)

Sorry to read about your wife but glad to hear she's OK now.

Martin.

That ship is awesome! I had to go look again at the cannon. :)
