a ride to Belgium, to visit Rigo
« on: August 04, 2013, 09:04:41 am »
Yesterday my wife and I did drove to Belgium to visit Rigo.
we did mentioned it over a year ago and finaly there was some time to do so.
it's a 125 mile ride one way to get there, so it was done in a few hours.
we had a great day. his wife Suzie did prepared an awesome meal on the BBQ,
we felt like very special guests!!!
And a superb dessert, liquor marinaded and grilled pine apple with ice cream. Delicious!!
it was great to meet a fellow scroller in person and build on our friendship!

Rigo and Suzie, thanks for a great day,
you truly are caring and loving people!!

p.s.
Did add a pic with Rigo and I in one of his three workshops.

I'd Love to have the cash to make journey's like that to meet our fellow scrollers I'd visit Rob a good friend in Scotland first but I'd take a Rocking Horse with me so he could use his plentiful horse theiving abilities on that instead of the horses under the bonnet (hood) of my car lol ::) ::) ::).

Hi Keefie, I have enough horses under the hood to last me for a while yet. Plenty of room for horses in the back of the Mitsubishi Pajero 7 seater. I would be more worried about visiting GABBY ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::).

Forgot to mention Keefie, had a senior moment there. You would be more than welcome to come up to Scotland. If you're thinking of coming up in June or July, bring some foul weather gear. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D.
