My tribute to Dermott O'Toole
« on: July 24, 2013, 01:45:47 am »
Ok finally I have chance to put a photo up.  I went to his funeral yesterday and Hastings did him proud.  There were roughly around 400 people at his funeral and later the funeral procession went along the Main Street and past his shop, there were people lined up each side of the street applauding as he went past.  There were green balloon and streamers everywhere to celebrate his Irish beginnings.

Anyhow. I would once again like to thank everyone that gave their time to do a pattern for me but after looking for a considerable amount of time I finally chose DonR's pattern, thank you Don.

Excellent work Marg, and a very fitting tribute for a kind man.
