My first Intarsia

[Dalboy]

This was my first attempt at an Intarsia piece made at the end of last year. I changed it from a wall hanging to free standing and added a clock.
 All the wood came from the scrap bin known woods are beech, ash, olive and oak the wood for the mice is the only unknown wood it came from a garden table.
I believe this is a Kathy Wise design.

Sorry for the lateness in Thanking all those that have commented on this piece. Anyway thank you all I would like to have a go at some more later but will keep it simple until I have had a bit more practice.

No not an old pro just old , I do a lot of other types of woodwork and like to do the best that I can and would rather throw 1 piece away and remake if I don't think it is up to scratch
