Simple Wood Rack
« on: June 21, 2013, 11:53:35 am »
I just used some white board and made this simple, yet very convenient wood rack. I can store my sheet goods that I saw down for portrait widths, or any other wood. I plan on making more for other sizes.

Great idea Dustin, thanks for sharing.  I always hate to set my wood on edge as it tends to warp.

   Thanks, and no it is not nailed, the kind of "mortise and tennon" in this fits rather snug, so I didn't feel the need to nail it or secure it. It would also make ease of taking it down if need be.

  Thanks, I couldn't tell you, I don't plan on putting large amounts of wood on it. I am going to make a couple more of these for more wood storage.  The wood you see on this rack is cut at 8" widths so I can have them precut to my 8x10 size for portraits.

NOW THAT IS A REEEEAAAAALLLLLL GOOD IDEA THERE.  Simple but can see it works.
           Might just tack one of these to a couple studs.  Cool....  Danny  :+}
