One I did last December and have redone for ME!
1/8" BB, 11 X 14, light oak stain, brown felt backer, framed with Aspen, pattern by Charlie Dearing, stack cut 2-1/8" + 1-1/4", blades - FD New Spiral 2/0 & 3/0.

Well cut, the whiskers would be the hardest for me. With a spiral I can do squigly lines all day, but I have trouble with single straight lines like that. I think I'm scared of them LOL.

Hey jr...those were cut with a 3/0 spiral! about the same caliper as a chest hair...
OH, and a lot of breath holding!!!

Thanks Dan...yep the aspen was fun to work with.
I am pretty new to the router table and I got some tearout that I wasn't expecting due to the softness.
Learned that next time...make two shallower passes and it should be better.
It is going on a fairly dark wall and I wanted it to stand out.
