Last piece before the craft show this weekend
« on: April 26, 2013, 05:16:41 pm »
I've had this piece on my bench for the last few days and I wanted to take it to the craft show this weekend.  It's at a beach community so it should fit in pretty good.

It's made from walnut and the inlay is of yellowheart.

Thanks for Lookin.

Nice job on the inlay Tommy.
You know, anything you put in the middle of that table, is displayed handsomely.
Good luck at the show, let us know how it went.

Very nicely done Tommy.  Good luck on the show, with your talent you should do pretty good.  Looking forward to seeing some pictures of it.  Thanks for sharing the dolphin box with us.

That box looks great. Should sell well at a beach area. The contrast colors are super. Nice job cutting it. Hope your sell goes well. Let us know. Just curious if you dont mind sharing, how much do you plan to sell a box like that for? Thanks again for showing us.

Tommy - I ordered 2 knife kits from your supplier for my June 1 market. Did they go during your show? Where did you get the sheath?

Great!  Post pictures when you finish them!  The knifes went very very well!  I get the knives on Ebay.  Just do a search fro knife sheaths.  Just make sure the sheath will fit the length of the knife you are making.

At the end of the day yesterday at the show, one day, I pocketed $760.00 after I paid my $75.00 booth fee.  NOT BAD!!!!!!  If I would have heard the phrase one more time.....  "You are truly an artist, your work is fantastic", I was going to start believing them!!!!  :)
