Don thanks for that, not quite what I had in mind.. may be I not explained clearly.
I try it this way.
Take the bird landing the body with head and left wing as one piece, the Right wing as another, and the Tail and feet as another piece, if all that mombo jumbo can be understood.
The top bird wood be a little harder to do seeing as the right is coming from the center of the back.
May-be the Head and body as one, left and right wings as the other two and the Tail section with feet as the fourth.
That way when it is cut it will on my saw and then screwed to the wall in sections and from the road will hopefully look like one piece.
Size is no problem have software for that.
