Fairy In A Bottle

First, I must say that this project did not come from a pattern but from my unskilled drawings.  My daughter said it has a cartoon feel about it...not what I was going for at all.  If anyone else can make a stencil...not of this work, but a stencil with this kind of idea...I'd love to see it.

It looks great. Just remember that fine art is interpreted differently by onlookers. What were your thoughts when you created it and what does it mean to you. If you share that with daughter you will give her a lesson in life that everyone sees thing differently and you will expand her ability to look at things from more than one view.

There is nothing at all wrong with that - designed by you, made by you, and looks good too, what more can you ask for.

I think it looks fine, as what all others have said, I agree also. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

If I was to give my interpretation of the work, I would tell you that I see the fairy as a dream and like all dreams we like to keep them. So that said: If you open the bottle the dream would fly away and there would no longer be a dream.

That was deep ::)
