Puerto Rico 2
« on: January 20, 2013, 02:20:37 pm »
This is a two minute video of our road trip through the mountains of Puerto Rico. There are five cars in the convoy. The lead car is my wife Nancy's uncle and cousin because we have no idea where we are going. There are areas where the roads are on no maps. We are going to the mountain where my wife's father was born to spread his ashes at his birthplace. The total drive was about a one and a half hours and about a thirty minute hike. At times the roads up the mountain where only one car wide and a several thousand feet drop off. We spent the afternoon with her uncle and family here in Puerto Rico before the hike.   :o   :)

LOL, it is not a vacation. If you read it again the reason we are here is to bring my wife's fathers ashes back to Puerto Rico. I am really not trying to be cruel person. Although it sounds like it sucks to be where some of you are at.  :P

I feel like a dumb ass! Mis-read your post! I am sorry for the post.

In life?s journey we face many sorrows. We also face many joyous occasions. If we remember the joyous time we find that our journey in life never ends but is filled with new beginnings. The move forward is looked upon as a joyous new adventure filled with happiness and love. Remember our lives with the love and happiness that we found in so many others. You will find that there is no room for any of ones own sorrows.

Russ, sorry for your loss. With views and scenery like that, I can't think of a better resting place.
