Bubble Girl
« on: January 15, 2013, 03:46:06 pm »
During the Christmas/New Year holiday, I was robbed, my computer died and I got an inner ear infection.  The man who robbed me has been caught and awaiting trial, I got a new computer and my inner ear infection is just about cleared up.  After I got over my "woe is me" syndrome, I sat behind the scroll saw and wanted to do a cute, simple, when I was young kind of project.  This is it...bubble girl.

Nice work.

Let's hope he gets his just desserts, and that your ear infection heals up fast.

That is beautiful!!!!  It's a happy feeling just looking at it!  I'm sorry for your recent hard luck.  I've had a few myself in Dec.  My little brother passed away in my arms, had a house flood and $20K worth of damage.  Scroll sawing has helped me keep my sanity.  I'm glad to see that it helps you too.

Great job!

Like it. Nice cutting.
Is she on the beach?
I watched a gal doing those big  4' to 6' bubbles on the beach a while back.
Its cool to watch them change shapes & tumble & rool up the beach with the wind.

Wow...my problems seem so petty compared to what you've gone through.  My sincerest best wishes to you.
