yes i am Gene, but i am also using UR blades for a few cuts.

It's really neat to see your shop and the in-progress work.  Steve's nickel contest was another welcomed view of how others handle set-up and work, like the batten clamped to your board for added rigidity. A picture really is worth a thousand words.

here is the last supper all the cuts are done,404 cuts in total and 29 hrs later.tonight i will start peeling of the pattern and see how it looks from the front.for the rest of the week and weekend to make the frame. enjoy
