Does anyone use the chat room on this site ??? I have been there several times but room is empty.

It is out of the way. VERY Bottom of the start page. Titled live stream. it is a chatroom. It would be nice if steve moved it into the line-up. That way you could ask questions in real time. :)

Guess I did not learn as much as I thought I did.  Found the chat room from a post by Russ in 2010  but still have not found the live stream or feed on the bottom of any page.   The chat seems to be very similar to IRC.  I used that for a long time.  King which start page?

I found it !!!!!!  I was looking on the wrong site.  it is on Steves Blog not here in the community site.   DUH  The older I get the longer it takes for things to sink in.   Sure is lonely in there but at least the light are on.

After finally finding the chat room  I had the pleasure of two chats with Dustin  (aka countryscroller) yesterday. The chat works great and easy to use.  If any of you ever used IRC  it is very similar. check it out

Well I have to admit to being old and senile but I cannot find a reference to "Chat" on the Blog!
I have scanned up and down a half dozen times and I am not seeing it...

GB, scroll down Steve's blog to the very bottom, under the Scrollsaw Workshop Store (right now it shows a stocking with "I Love to Scroll" on it).  There is a link to "Live Stream" under the ad.  I expect that is the entry to the chat, but I haven't had a chance to try it.

Thanks...I was looking for CHAT!

But mine wouldn't work - seems my Java version was out of date...updated and now works on both browsers

I will try to drop in on occasion!

There needs to be a way to set up people on there easier. I don't know its like a shot in the dark if someone else happens to be on when you are.
