She wouldn't have shot him if he hadn't broken into her house - so it's his own fault.
It's all a case of "Mind over Matter",  The Government don't Mind, and I don't Matter.

Anybody comes into my house uninvited better be bringing me a large suitcase full of cash or they will wind up with a hole in their mid-torso.
Once they get that .45ACP slug in their intestines they won't be leaving under their own power.

About 2 years ago a man in his early 20's tried to break into my shop.  I came up behind him and put a 16" kukri knife on his shoulder, next to his neck, and asked, "Should I call the police or the coroner?"  He opted for the police.  :D

I don't want to get that close! I would just ask, "Can you run faster than 1,000 ft. per second?"
When we had the restaurant I was robbed twice after closing up and swore I would never let that happen again!

I shot enough in the Army.  I switched to knives because I like to see the look on their faces.   ;D

Don't worry, I'm not psycho.....yet.  :P

He got what he deserved.               Did she deserve the trauma he put her through?               NO!              Will he pay??

That is how it should be...shirt first, call 911 later, then stop to ask questions.

I got sued by a guy I shot with a pellet gun while breaking into my shed.  I don't use pellets anymore.

I have a 12 gauge shotgun next to my bed- if the noise of me chambering a shell doesn't scare them-the # 2 buck shot should be fun to pick out of them . can some one pass the salt--this is why we need to get rid of those bleeding heart judges and get back to basics-yo commit a crime, you pay the price--so much for my soap box speech--Richard
