I tried a  lot but unable to make a pattern ,the photo quality is very low the grains are breaking apart!
If you have any other photo of the gentlemen ,I would love to attempt it!

I sent you an email with the photo attached, hopefully in a larger format. It is the only photo that I have and this one is the one that she wants. Thank You for your help. Steve
