The fact of the matter probably is that Gabby doesn't name
names is because there are so many he can't remember them all 
That too love, especially as I'm getting more senile, though now and then I'll remember one I had forgotten all about. That's kind of fun too, sort of like reading a favorite book over again after many years.
I was a cop in Prescott, AZ back when they filmed Junior Bonner with Steve McQueen. I have an old AZ Highways
magazine about the filming and it's a real walk down memory lane, I recently found a web page dedicated to it as well with some out takes and I even saw a couple of my old flames there. Big Grin!
My best memory of it though and my most treasured, is I was able to meet and take along on patrol with me, and take home to dinner, Ben Johnson, a real gentleman and a true westerner and cowboy just as every day as you and me. He was in many of John Wayne's movies and did all his own riding stunts in most of them.
They hired us for security when we were off duty from the police department so we got to meet all the stars. I could tell you some stories. LOL
