Happy Fall

Today is the first day of fall! Soon the heat will start giving way to cooler temperatures and before you know it, most of us will be changing our clocks back. Happy fall!

Weatherman said it will be a while before we see cooler temps here in Florida :o.  Happy Fall back to ya Dan and every one else here on the forum.   :)

Well it is fall, but it still feels like summer here. I know it will not last much longer,  but,,, I am going to enjoy it as long as it lasts.  Maybe this is our new fall weather.

Here in Naples Florida we've been overcast today so it has been a precursor of things to come.  We had a bit of breeze and we ate outside for lunch while waiting for two new tires to be put on our car.

Can't wait for our winter!

great time of year, winter even more.
last week we had the first ice on the roof,
today the storm has really hard winds,

so guess you're right Dan it's started!  ;D

Lol, first day of fall for us was 106 degrees out. (That is 41 C for all my overseas friends) We think it is getting cooler, supposed to be in the mid to upper 90's come this weekend. Happy Fall everyone and enjoy that cooler weather if it is yours to enjoy. Then again, I guess for all my Aussie friends and friends from south of the equator you are ready for the warmer days of spring and summer.

First day of spring here was the 1st Sept. today is the first day that I can call spring like its 24c Saturday for the Aussie Rules grand final they are forecasting 13c. One step forward 11 steps back.  LOL

Hi Marg,how right you are, the nearest we got to spring this year was the springs in the mattress. As for SUMMER, well Marg as you will realise, when we sit out in the sun here we don't get a nice Tan,well we do, but it is a lovely shade of BLUE !!!! LOL.
