TOY TRAIN?
« on: June 02, 2010, 12:25:24 pm »
Hi there
Does anyone have a toy train pattern?  I have plenty of dowels/wheels and wood for making a train.  I want to do such a project for the kids at our Shrine Hospital in Sacramento, CA.

Hi Skiparope,
Maybe this will help, I can across it a while back and put it in favourites just in case I ever wanted to make it. I love trains. So here's a link to a free plan, will check futher later maybe I have some more hidden away.

Lots and lots of very reasonably priced plans for trains, trucks, planes, boats.... every plan is designed with the beginning woodworker in mind. There are even free plans ... a bulldozer and instructions for wheels etc.

Thanks for sharing the links.  I have a few ideas in mind, for when my skills improve.
