Finished project of my first pattern made
« on: August 29, 2012, 07:42:09 pm »
This was a picture I made for my cousin that she gave to her husband. She gave me a picture she liked and asked if I could make it in wood. This is the end result.

Nice cutting. I don't get a lot of requests for moose around here. I like the view with him walking away.

That is way I like them too, walking away. Every night there are several moose/ vehicle accidents in our province. When you hit these animals the results are disastrous. I wish the govt would do more to reduce the numbers. I hnow several people who has died in moose accidents. I struck one a few years back, I was doing about 30-40 KPH in fog when it came onto the road. Caused about $4000 damage to the car and the thing just got up and walked away.
%$#^%& shoot dem all as far as I am comcerned. Sorry, don't know where all this came from. Nice cuttin. Thanks for sharing.
