My daughter and her family came down to Cornwall for three weeks camping holiday last Saturday. Lauren, my middle grandaughter asked me to make her an elephant picture for her birthday as Hannah had the owl portrait that I posted here earlier in the year. This is what I found and cut for her (took me 2 afternoons to cut it) just got to sand and apply a finish then frame it.

Nice Job!
I too have a Grand Daughter who loves "Ollemfants" ( her pronunciation since she learned to talk!) so I will have to find the pattern and get busy!

GB, this is the link to the pattern, careful when you cut it, there is a large "floater" in the pattern. The rock and right rear leg as you look at pattern isn't attatched, I just put little connectors into it. hope this helps.

Very nice job, I think I have that one, or a similar one, in the stack of projects. Never enough time.
Thanks for sharing this one with us.
