A Wedding Gift
« on: July 10, 2012, 12:47:04 am »
I made this one for my wife's cousin. She is getting married later this month. The tricky part was finding the right candle holders. I went to 12 stores before I finally found a set that would fit the base. It was at Hobby Lobby. This project is made with soft maple 1/2 in with a 3/4 in tropical walnut for the back and base. For the picture I just set the project up as it will look. I still need to add the finish and glue it together.
