Pointer Dog Pattern Needed

Need a pattern of a dog where the one leg is up as if pointing. Does anyone have one or can you point me (pun intended) in the direction of someplace that has one? I presently have one but the person who it is for, does not like the pattern I have. Many thank you's in advance.
