IDeas - that's what it is. Paper cutting people are very picky on the copyright - they have a lot of trouble with that.

I understand about the copyright issues, but seeing some of those patterns does give rise to ideas.

Wow they are really lovely, and I would a few patterns to do on the scroll saw. If anyone finds out where to get the patterns from could you let me know please.

Marg, search some on the web for "Paper cutting" and "Scherenschnitt" - which is the German word and also often used for this.

I have contacted some of the creators of such beautiful cuttings and most of them are very picky about the copyright and do not want to share them.
On the other hand I don't know why they show them in this way on the web when they are so afraid - but that might be another story.
