Humming Bird
« on: February 24, 2012, 02:49:53 pm »
Another of Steve's Humming bird pattern. This one uses several different woods. The humming bird is from walnut, the stem mahogany, base oak, the stamen tulip and the petals from Bubinga (an African hardwood) then given a coat of tung oil. One picture is without flash the other one with.

Very nice, and the contrasting woods make it very appealing.
