2 questions

does steve have a video of his cat clock?  the one with a cat on each side of the clock with a cat in the center with the clock.

also I am have trouble finding a dark benzel for a clock.  most are showing a bright bass benzel.

I have googled and have come up with the popular places to buy, called them, no dark benzels.

TIA

Hey John, I don't think Steve did a video on that project. Is there a question we can answer for you? It seems like a straight forward project to cut and assemble.
As far as a 3 1/2"  clock with a dark bezel, I was not able to find one at any of the usual sites. You will have to go with something else.

no, no problem, it is straight forward, just wondering if he did a video.

as far as benzel goes.  they must be out there, steve has one in the pdf of this project.

I'll keep looking.
thanks
j

I noticed the pattern is four years old. It may not be available anymore. I could be wrong but Steve usually buys his inserts at Woodcraft. I did check their web site but did not find it there. I'll keep checking around for you.

OK, I think i found a clock with a black bezel: http://cart.clockparts.com/31290mmstandardfitupswithoutalarm-p-502.html
It looks like you can order a 3 1/2" insert with a separate black bezel.
Good luck!
