Glue - no clue

I need some clear drying glue.  Any idears?  I have Titebond III and regular ole white elmers.

I use super glue a lot and that usually dries clear. The Alleine's glue that GB uses is clear drying. I am pretty sure I spelled it wrong but if you do a search you might find it.

Dan was the first to introduce me to Aleene's Original Tacky Glue (brown bottle). Holds great on wood projects and it does dry clear. I use it all the time.

I generally use Satellite City Hot Stuff CA glue. If you use it with some accelorator it cuts your glue time down to nothing.

Some questions to ask yourself before choosing a wood glue for your projects

1. Is this project going to be used indoors or outdoors?
2. Does it matter if the glue drys clear or visible?
3. Do I need a fast dry or slow dry type of glue?
4. Does the glue need to be a paintable type?
5. What bonding strength do I need?

I use elmers carpenters wood glue, and titebond (original and outdoor type's).

I use Weldbond and have had no problems.

I use Elmer's white glue.  I buy it by the gallon. Dries clear, sets fast and is About $16 a gallon.

i use a lot of titebond ca glue it is slick stuff   for where it wont work i use titebond 3  there is no glue line  and forsure will not turn black

I picked up a bottle of Titebond Translucent Glue recently and used on a wooden toy and it dries clear.

I also used on a segmented piece you could not see the glue line at all.

It looks like it will be my Craft glue but will still use Titebond 3 on furniture etc.

Elmers makes a clear craft glue that I get at Michael's.  I use it to mix with saw dust when making my own wood puddy. Doesn't chang the color of the sawdust like white or yellow glues.
