left over laminate flooring for cutting

just wondering if anyone has ever used leftover flooring to cut designs.

Yes but it is very hard on blades.

I got some Bamboo flooring fro the local Habitat for Humanity, "ReStore" and used that ( it was solid and not laminated)
Right, Hard On Blades but worked beautifully. Sanded off the factory finish and then did in the BLO mix and it was very nice.

i have the tile look laminate or swift lock flooring just thought i would try it. will post pics.

won't work. At least not well and your blades will suffer. That stuff is nothing like ply or so.
