Cskipper, you biggest expense is the grinder and a glass saw. I bought my grinder on e-bay used for 50.00 and have had it for 8 years. My glass saw is my third and probably my last. I don't use it a great deal, only to do detailed cuts. Everything else I hand break. A good glass cutter is a stained glass workers best tool. The one I have uses oil and cost about 10.00. Actually stained glass doesn't take up all that much room. I have mine in a small corner of my shop. My scrollsawing takes up the rest of the area......lol
