Wook Bench

This is a pattern request, but not a scrollsaw pattern.  Instead of buying a good wood working bench, I thought that I might make one.  Has anyone ever run across a pattern for a sturdy workbench that would be suitable and useful for the type of work that we do?

There is so many out there all you need to do is look on the internet for work bench plans and then see what you want in a work bench. but for the most part what your gonna want is a Stand for your Scroll saw not so much of a bench.
