Pool Chalk Holder

I am in need of a pattern for a somewhat simple project, I am making a wall mount holder for the cone chalk for a billiard room and was wanting someone to design a nice one for me. Any ideas would be great.   This is really just a glorified candle holder with a dowell to hold the chalk.
