Ladybird puzzle pattern

I'm searching one - has someone a good one for me? Needs to be a puzzle for the kindergarten.

*lol* yeah - kind of ;D There are different translations named - "ladybird" is the zoological correct one, "lady bug" is what you Americans make of it. There is also a mixture "ladybird beetle". We call it "Marienk?fer".

Perfect! That's a nice one for the kindergarten. I'll make it bigger and use different woods.


EDIT: :o Nice website! Why have I not seen that yet? There is much more than just some  - there are a lot of puzzle and even more other things to go for. Check it out!

Torsten,  My first thought (being a Texas) was Ladybird Johnson.  And you are right, saw4fun has some neat patterns.

So - I cut it and showed it to my TTPVD (Toy Testing and Puzzle Verification Department). It immediately failed as both said "what's that? That's no ladybug!! It looks like a crab!"

Does someone have some my TTPV Department will certificate?

So finally I had an idea to please the TTPV Department. I used 3 layers of the 1/3" beech ply I have currently in stock. The dots are stained which a natural stain into the middle layer. I currently don't have the ok from the TTPV, but I'm sure this one will pass.

And even better: That one opened the door to be selling via the nursery
I have the option of showing of there some stuff to the parents and a pretty good chance to be selling some there.

EDIT: Did you notice that the dots of the bug have just the right size for tea lights? nether did I  :o
