Yesterday got 2 more words "ARE and LIKE" cut along with the section across the top.
I discovered a problem and I'm not exactly sure what causes it.
I usually stop feeding when I come to a corner to let the blade catch up, but I had a couple of places where the bottom of the blade wouldn't cut square. I eventually turned the wood over and was able to get those slivers that remained. It seems like the top of the blade gets to the corner before the bottom does no matter if I let everything equalize at the end of the cut. It is as though the blade is cutting at an angle from top to bottom front to back. NOT sideways, I double checked that, table and blade are square.
Is there an adjustment on the delta saw for something like that?
Thanks,
Gabby

A possible answer to my kerf problem, I think I will attach the blade a little more to the front of the bottom blade holder and see if that solves my problem.
http://www.scrollsaws.com/   "More on Blade Squaring" Page.
I saw a reference to this in an older post by one of the other members, and now I can't remember who it was. A thank you is in order! "Who was that masked man?"
