Poplar Bowl
« on: June 12, 2011, 06:57:45 pm »
This bowl was created from 3/4 in thick poplar.  The bowl is 12 in. long by 9/1/4 in wide.  The bowl was sealed with wipe on poly then top coated with semi gloss lacquer.

That looks really good DW. I like the way you matched up the wood grain. Great job.

Basically 2 days.  One day to cut and glue up and the 2nd day to shape, sand and finish.
