Hi Mike,
I have bean thinking about getting a stair lift, but mine would need to travel at 50 mph, so I can get upstairs before I forget
what I am going up for.
I know what its like ( I have had both hips done ), I am sure I do not need to tell you keep moving, little and often Is the way.
all the best......geoff3

Hi geoff3
That is what I should ask about. I have a little of that problem.
How long did it take you to drive the car?

Hi again Mike,
your question about driving, at the time of both my  hip operations I was not driving a car, I was ridding a motor cycle.
Here in the UK we are advized not to drive for at leasr six weeks after the op,and told if we do so are insurance will be null and void.
I felt good to drive after about 4/5 weeks, but the pain in the neck I call my loverly wife was giving me ear-acke about it so I waited until the six weeks was up then I was good to go.
I think if you have an automatic gear box and  a high driving seat you could be good to go after a month. but please do not take any risks  for the sake of a couple of weeks.......Geoff3

Hey Mike pretty sneaky way to get your money back, he'll have to buy all his blades from you of course. Should break even in about a hundred years. LOL
Hang in there and get well soon.

Mike, happy that you are doing so well.  I waited until now to make an order but I then decided to wait also until I got back from Alaska.  Take it easy and don't push it....

Hi Folks,
Came back from the Dr. He gave me an A+. Gave permission to drive again.
Told me not to start heavy work yet but filling orders is no problem.
I asked him if he made a down payment yet on a saw. I told him the cadilac of saws is the Eclipse.
I brought a few fret things with me to give to his wife.
