I love my switch, especially when it automatically turns off when my foot lifts off cuz of a broken blade, biggest problem, sometime I get so into scrolling I forget to keep pressure on the switch, first couple times I couldn't figger why the saw stopped

Also not wise to tap your foot in time to the music playing and not smart to 'lean' forward when changing blades!

 ::)Thanks GrayBeard, that is something I didn't think about. I have been using this switch for about 6 months now and seens to have adjusted well to it. I don't need to stand on the switch, just tap on or tap off, like the old dimmer switches for Hi or Low beam headlights. Any one remember them??

That was the only thing I could do 'left-footed' and still reach for it once in a great while!

That's why it's called a "dead Man" switch.
I personally turn the saw OFF so I can't accidentally step down when I'm changing blades.

I does wake you up when the saw stops for no reason, in my case that's a good thing.  ZZzzzzz
