Very Nice Dan..can't wait to see it finished!  What kind of movement you going to use?  one of the inserts I guess?

Yes, just an insert. It is a 3-1/4". I used a 2-7/8 forstner bit to cut the hole for the insert.
Unfortunately, I only have the weekends to work in the shop, So it will be a few weeks till its done.
