Monkey Tray
« on: December 16, 2010, 04:47:40 am »
Here a wee project that took a wee while to do (over a month).
The tray is mahogany (I think) very soft cutting, the backing is copper.

Thanks guys.
Heiko: no it was a tray when I found it at a flea market/junk shop or some where, paid about 50 cents for it, now its worth a lot more. LOL

Nice job Merlin and a good idea, I pick up bits and pieces from the markets and the Sallies do them up and resell them, the last one I sold was a trinket box I picked up for $5 and resold for $35 there was good profit in that

Neat idea with cutting an old tray. I may steal that idea sometime.
