I am having the same problem, tried D/L plc from other site, no luck...........tried from my pc, ditto.

sometimes the space for the picture icon is restricted to under so many kb.
could be you're trying to upload too large of a picture....i used paint and cut my size down to under 200kb and it uploaded with no problem.
