Steve, happened to notice an article in Scrollsaw Woodworking & Crafts, Fall 2010 Issue 40, page 6 an article about the DeWalt 788 thumb screws. I was wondering where I might be able to acquire such screws and if they would fit my Masterforce saw. I installed two other cap screws instead of the allen set screws that are original. I like the design of the DeWalts as they won't bend the blades when tightening. The size I need is 5MM X 12MM or shorter. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Bob B. in Illinois.
